I’m posting much more in my livejournal these days because the community aspect is so much better. This makes me a bit sad though. I really like the stand alone blog format, and enjoy writing with the nice interface textpattern provides. However I don’t get nearly the feedback so I don’t really have any idea if anyone is reading me.
I’ve also moved my pictures to flickr, which leaves little content on this poor site. I’m not sure how to reconcile this yet. I like the searchability. I find a blog like this is a far supperior place to put info that I want the search engines to pick up. Technical stuff, knowlege I want preserved and spread, those sorts of things are much better served here. This is also searchable. However for my personal life, and day to day interests, I think livejournal serves them better. However it all remains to be seen.
